In short: the difference
First in the pair, Bybit, is a derivatives terminal. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Dubai, UAE, its own MNT token.
Second in the pair, LBank, is the place where new coins show up first. On the market since 2015, jurisdiction: British Virgin Islands, its own LBK token.
What Bybit gives you
Early listings are not the only argument; Bybit answers with its own: A venue with a strong derivatives pedigree and an unusually comfortable interface. Spot, perpetual futures and options, P2P, Earn savings, copy trading with open trader statistics, trading bots and a card. Twenty networks for USDT withdrawals — more than anyone we cover — and several of them free.
Strong sides: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading.
What LBank gives you
Next to a derivatives terminal, LBank answers with something else: One of the elder Asian venues, running since 2015. Eight hundred and thirty perpetuals and a broad P2P across dozens of currencies — stronger than many of its contemporaries on both counts. There is savings, staking and its own LBK token. The exchange is known for early listings: new coins land here before the majors.
Strong sides: 830 perpetuals, a broad P2P, early listings, running since 2015.
What decides it
- Age. LBank has run since 2015, Bybit since 2018 — a gap of 3 years. It guarantees nothing on its own, but the older venue has been through more market cycles.
- Jurisdiction. Bybit sits in Dubai, UAE, LBank in British Virgin Islands. It shapes both the checks you pass and what the venue has to disclose.
- Native tokens. Bybit has MNT, LBank has LBK: holders usually get fee discounts and access to launches.
- Strengths side by side. Bybit: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading; LBank: 830 perpetuals, a broad P2P, early listings, running since 2015.
- Which job. Bybit is a natural second venue in a route: cheap transfers and predictable execution, while LBank is for funding, P2P and finding fresh coins.
- Worth remembering. Bybit: the spot listing is slimmer than the Asian venues with thousands of pairs. LBank: we do not show it in cross-exchange spot arbitrage: it serves its book one pair per request.

What people ask most
Bybit: Are there options here? Yes, a proper section. Options are uncommon among exchanges, and Bybit is one of the few venues with the full derivatives set.
Bybit: Is Bybit good for spot? Fine for major pairs: nearly four hundred USDT pairs with no random coins on an empty book. For the long tail of new listings keep a wide-listing venue alongside.
Bybit: How many USDT withdrawal networks are there? Twenty, more than any other venue in our review, and several of them are free. Live per-network prices are in the table at the top of this page.
LBank: Why are LBank prices missing from spot arbitrage? Because it serves its order book one symbol per request, and a spread computed from last-trade prices is not one you can fill. LBank is present in funding, P2P and the crypto-rally section.
LBank: How old is LBank? It has run since 2015, one of the elder venues in our coverage, registered in the British Virgin Islands with LBK as its token.
Both at once
You do not have to pick one. Two accounts give you a fallback when the coin or network you need exists only on the other venue. The coin is bought where it already trades, moved across and shorted with a contract on the other — that locks the price while the transfer runs.
Live numbers
Everything in the table above is recomputed together with the rest of the site — pairs, contracts, P2P, networks and the withdrawal fee. Bybit and LBank can be compared on facts rather than promises.
