What is the USDT to hryvnia rate today?
Current buy and sell prices across six exchanges are in the table above and refresh automatically every few minutes. There is no single rate: each venue has its own, which is why we show all of them.
Where is the best place to buy USDT for UAH?
The hryvnia trades on all six venues, but the market is lopsided: over half of all ads sit on Binance, roughly a third on Bybit, and the rest is split between OKX, MEXC, KuCoin and HTX. But read the price together with the ad limits: the lowest price is often available only for a small amount.
Why do hryvnia prices differ between exchanges?
On P2P the price is set by the merchant, not the exchange. The difference depends on how many sellers work on a venue and how actively that venue serves Ukraine. A typical day on the Ukrainian P2P market looks like this: the gap between buying and selling inside one exchange stays around one and a half to three percent, and widens between venues.
Is this the official rate?
No. The official rate is published by NBU and shown separately on this page alongside the premium. The table carries real ads posted by people, which always differ from it.
The UAH market: what to know
Ukraine has one of the deepest P2P markets in the region: the hryvnia usually carries thousands of live ads across six venues, so the gap between the best buy and the best sell is narrow. Nearly all deals settle through Monobank and PrivatBank cards, and the speed of those transfers is what decides how long a trade takes. The official NBU rate and the real USDT price stay close, usually within a couple of percent.
Where the hryvnia trades
The hryvnia trades on all six venues, but the market is lopsided: over half of all ads sit on Binance, roughly a third on Bybit, and the rest is split between OKX, MEXC, KuCoin and HTX. In practice the best price almost always comes from one of the two large venues; the smaller ones are worth checking only when you need an unusual payment method or want to fill a large amount in a single trade.
How this market works in practice
A typical day on the Ukrainian P2P market looks like this: the gap between buying and selling inside one exchange stays around one and a half to three percent, and widens between venues. Merchants work almost around the clock, but ad counts thin out overnight and prices worsen. The most common beginner mistake here is releasing crypto on a banking app notification: the notification arrives before the money actually settles, and a payment can still be reversed.
Payment methods
The hryvnia market mostly runs on: Monobank, ПриватБанк, A-Bank, ПУМБ, Ощадбанк. The payment rail moves the price as much as the venue does, and the full P2P scanner lets you filter ads by method. How to read ad limits, and why a visible spread differs from a real one, is covered in the lesson on spreads.
The premium over the NBU rate
The premium shows whether a dollar costs more or less inside the country than the regulator says. For Ukraine it is one of the most honest indicators of the real rate, because it is built from thousands of live trades rather than a published figure.
